RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy. You must request a return within 14 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
How to request a return Email studio@sineadodwyer.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Shipping costs All shipping costs — including original delivery and return shipping — are non-refundable. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Delivery times All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside our control. We do not accept cancellations or returns on the basis of delayed delivery.
International orders For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and any associated delays are the responsibility of the customer. Refused deliveries will be subject to return shipping costs being deducted from any applicable refund.
Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on underwear, intimates, pre-orders, made-to-order items, sale items, discounted items, or items purchased during special promotions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded.
