REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, you need to request a return within this time period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging.

To make a return, please email studio@sineadodwyer.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping costs and duties will need to be paid by you.

We cannot accept returns on pre-orders and made to order items.

We do not accept returns on discounted items, special promotions or offers.

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at the checkout. You will receive a email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Please allow up to one week for goods to be shipped.

If outside the UK you will be charged duties and taxes specific to your country. Please track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you. We do not take responsibility for any package once it reaches your country.
