REFUND POLICY

Returns on full-priced items may be requested within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. If your return is eligible for a refund, we will refund the full order amount less shipping fees to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

We may make deductions from refunds if damage due to handling or trying on has impacted the saleable condition of any returned item(s).

To make a return, please email studio@sineadodwyer.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return postage, including reverse customs if applicable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

We cannot accept returns on underwear, pre-orders and made to order items. We do not accept returns on discounted items, special promotions or offers.

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at the checkout. You will receive a email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number. Please allow up to one week for goods to be shipped.

If outside the UK you will be charged duties and taxes specific to your country. Please track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you. We do not take responsibility for any package once it reaches your country.
